This class is rooted in the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and guided through the tradition and technology preserved by the Kundalini Research Institute.

Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness — a powerful practice that supports the nervous system, balances body and mind, and helps awaken your inner vitality and intuition. Through dynamic kriyas, conscious breathwork, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation, you are invited to reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.

In this class, we create a safe and grounding space where you can soften, release limitations, strengthen your energy, and return home to your authentic self. Each session is an opportunity to cultivate presence, clarity, inner strength, and heart connection — while allowing the body to move energy freely and naturally.
