3-Day Training: Professional Singing Bowl Therapy

This immersive 3-day training is designed for those who wish to learn how to work with Tibetan singing bowls in a therapeutic and professional way, with a strong focus on individual treatments, supported by meditative sound journeys.

What is soundhealing?

Sound healing is a holistic practice that uses vibrations and frequencies from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and the human voice to support relaxation, balance, and well-being. During a sound healing session, the body and mind are invited into a deeply restorative state where stress can soften and the nervous system can settle.

Benefits of Sound Healing

- Helps calm the nervous system
- Supports meditation and mindfulness
- May improve sleep quality
- Encourages emotional release and inner balance
- Enhances feelings of peace, presence, and well-being
- Creates space for self-reflection and connection
