The team behind HOUSE OF AWAKENING

our facilitators

Fie Samson

Nordic Kundalini

Fie teaches intuitively, tuning into the energy of the room and the people present in each class.

She draws on the spiritual aspects of Kundalini to create a space rooted in love, presence, and acceptance.

"My most important role is to create a space where you, as a participant, feel safe, seen, and heard.

Kundalini has been an eye-opening journey for me. It has given me the strength to stand in my own light and use my voice."

Kasper Cetti

Body SDS Foundation Training

Body SDS Foundation Training is a unique movement system that works with the entire body, with the aim of strengthening and improving mobility in the joints and muscles. Through Body SDS training, you may experience improved coordination, greater body awareness, a deeper sense of calm, increased flexibility, and relief from tension and discomfort in the body.

I meet you exactly where you are, and no previous experience with Body SDS is needed to join my classes.

Helena

As a space holder, I hold space energetically for whatever emotions are present. I tune into what is arising and what the space needs. Through meditation, ceremony, soul retrieval, and feminine energy, I create a space where healing and surrender can unfold – allowing you to remember who you are.

I have moved through many experiences in my own life – from stress, anxiety, and trauma to a Kundalini awakening and a deep remembrance of who I am.

I am here to support you on the journey towards your most authentic self, so you can fully embody who you are here to be.

In the spaces I hold, everything is welcome. Whatever moves through you, you are already exactly as you are meant to be.

My work is rooted in awareness, the present moment, and stillness – that which remains constant. I work with the body as a portal.

Louise Wilma

Louise Wilma is a certified yoga teacher and trauma-informed body therapist.

Her work focuses on the nervous system, and she offers both 1:1 body therapy sessions and yoga classes.

Sarah Dalley

My name is Sarah, and I am a newly certified Nordic Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Reiki Healer. I have practised many different forms of yoga on and off for years, but it wasn't until I discovered Kundalini that I began to understand what yoga and meditation truly meant to me.

For me, it has been a kind of awakening – a deeper understanding of life and what it means to be a physical human being, connected to mind, body, soul, and spirit. Yoga has brought me a greater sense of calm and taught me how to be lovingly present with myself. The feeling of "coming home" has taken on an entirely new meaning.

What yoga has given me is something I deeply wish to share with others. More than ever, I believe we need spaces where we can return home to ourselves and reconnect with our inner light and life force.

My intention is to invite others to discover the beauty of Nordic Kundalini Yoga, because it is a practice that truly needs to be experienced, felt, and embodied.

My Teaching

I am still at the beginning of my journey as a teacher, continuously learning more about myself, the practice, and the art of teaching. My way of guiding and holding space is relaxed, warm, and loving.

Handpan Copenhagen

Handpan Copenhagen was born from one simple question: Why wasn't there a dedicated handpan school and community in Scandinavia?

We are Rosalie Mayr and Koné Moerman – two friends brought together by our shared love of music and creativity. Together, we have created a safe and inspiring space where both beginners and experienced musicians can explore the world of the handpan.

Our mission is to make handpans more accessible in Denmark and to share the joy of this unique instrument. Handpan Copenhagen is more than just the two of us – it is a growing community of passionate teachers and music lovers who are eager to share their knowledge and enthusiasm.

It is a space for presence, creative expression, and finding a sense of calm through sound.

Welcome to Handpan Copenhagen – we look forward to meeting you!
