What to expect?
You are invited on a ceremonial journey into your inner light.
In a warm and nurturing atmosphere, we gather in circle with the sacred spirit of cacao – a plant spirit traditionally associated with opening the heart and connecting us with our inner truth. The cacao supports us in connecting with our light, our inner strength and our deepest intentions.
We combine Kundalini yoga, breathwork and mantra to awaken and balance Kundalini energy – the life force that flows within us all. Through conscious movement, breath and sound, we create space in the energetic system, inviting deeper connection with your intuition, clarity and presence.
The ceremony offers a powerful space to work with your intentions, awaken your inner wisdom and come home to yourself – grounded, radiant and connected.
We close with a deeply restorative sound healing, allowing the vibrations of sound to guide the body and mind into rest and integration. A moment for the experience to settle and unfold in stillness.
This ceremony is for you if you long to reconnect with your light, open your heart and step more fully into your own power – held in a safe space with room for stillness, movement and spiritual exploration.

Why cacao`?
Cacao is more than a plant – it is a carrier of ancient wisdom, traditionally used in ceremony to open the heart and deepen our connection with ourselves.
We work with ceremonial cacao as an invitation to feel – to become more present in the body, listen to the heart and connect with our inner voice.
It invites us to meet both our light – love, strength, creativity and dreams – and our shadows – old wounds, emotions and the parts of ourselves we may have hidden away.
Combined with Kundalini, breathwork, sound and conscious presence, cacao becomes part of a powerful space for healing, transformation and deeper self-connection.

Behind every ceremony, sound healing and guided movement is a person with a deep intention to create space for others – and that person is me.
My name is Fie, and I have dedicated my work to creating safe, nurturing and transformative spaces where you can meet yourself – through stillness, movement and deeper connection.
I am trained as a Nordic Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator and Reiki Healer (Level 3). I also work with bodywork, Ayurveda and holistic practices, weaving different modalities together in a grounded and intuitive way.
Over the years, I have facilitated more than 30 cacao ceremonies, and I am deeply passionate about sharing how these practices can support greater presence, connection and awareness in everyday life.
Everything I share is rooted in experience, presence and a deep love for ceremony, nature and authentic human connection.
When you enter a space held by me, you are invited to come exactly as you are – with room for both stillness and strength, softness and transformation.
