Reiki is a gentle yet deeply nurturing form of energy healing that invites you to reconnect with your essence. At House of Awakening, we create a safe and loving space where you can surrender into stillness, release tension, and allow your body and soul to return to a natural sense of balance.
What is Reiki:
Reiki means "universal life force energy" and is based on the understanding that everything is energy – including us as human beings.
When this energy flows freely, we may experience a greater sense of lightness, presence, and connection. When the flow feels disrupted by stress, difficult experiences, imbalances, or unresolved emotions, we may begin to feel disconnected from ourselves – and the body may start asking for our attention.
What to expect.
During a Reiki treatment, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably under a blanket while being met with warmth, stillness, and deep respect. The practitioner channels universal life force energy through their hands, allowing the energy to flow where it is needed – physically, emotionally, or on a deeper spiritual level.
The treatment may be experienced as warmth, tingling sensations, waves of relaxation, or emotional release. Some people enter a deeply meditative state, while others experience a sense of clarity or profound peace. Every experience is unique, and you may continue to notice subtle shifts in the days following your session.

Fie works intuitively and with deep presence, allowing each Reiki session to unfold according to what she senses in the space and in you as the receiver. Drawing on the spiritual aspects of the Kundalini tradition, she creates a safe, loving, and accepting space where you can feel seen, heard, and held – exactly as you are.
Fie often incorporates cacao, scent, and sound into her treatments to support the healing experience and gently awaken the senses. Her energy is both soft and powerful, guiding you back towards your own inner light and a deeper sense of calm.
